This rich, crisp and well-rounded wine comes from
different plots and expresses the characteristics of each of them
through white flowers and citrus fruit delicacy. It is elaborated
without oak-barrel ageing and develops flower and fruit aromas
as it ages.

Jurassic clay and limestone,

8 plots spreading over the
village, due south, west, east.
Grape variety :
100 % Chardonnay.
Vine age :
50 years old on average.
Training system :
small arcure ( bending of canes), 6 to 8 buds. Natural fertilizing,
soil ploughing, yield control. Our vine-growing approach obeys
2 principles : - an environmentally-concerned agriculture.

the fermentation is achieved
in thermoregulated vats at around 18° C.
Characteristics :
light pale yellow colour
( white flower with exotic undertones). Mineral finishing aromas.
In spite of its structure, it lingers with finesse and elegance.
Cellar storing :
4 to 6 years depending on
the strength of the vintage.
Food and wine match :
perfectly well-suited with
steamed saltwater fish and freshwater fish cooked in butter sauce
; chicken roasted in lemon juice. Yet, you can also appreciate it
on its own as an apéritif. Best when served between 12 and 13° C.
